Positive: The property is decent, and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall the property was comfortable and good enough for the purpose of our stay. Given we were staying out of season, there’s nothing to complain about due to the lower price. And being out of season it was quiet and lovely. Location to the beach is fantastic to walk there.

Negative: First, I have to point out that the pictures are “insta versus reality”… the pictures are taken very well but when you arrive it’s not as private as it looks with an apartment block looking into the yard. Second, some of the facilities leave you wanting a bit more quality. The pillows weren’t great, duvets did not have covers on, the towels are very thin and worn out. No biggie, but if I had paid full price in season I definitely want a bit more quality as opposed to feeling like you’re at your gran’s house. Third, this one is a biggie- we didn’t have hot water. Taking a shower with luke warm water got tired quickly. The shower heads need a good clean and descale to stop water going in every direction. Overall the place needs a little maintenance, for example the bathroom window doesn’t have a handle to open so it’s getting steamy and a little black mold appearing. The pool was full of leaves when we arrived (albeit at short notice). Lastly, in terms of location - the closest grocery store is 10 minutes so you need a car. There are no close by cafes or restaurants. We visited in March- the one restaurant we were recommended by the host was 20 minutes away and closed until June! It is remote.

Positive: Location was great ,very near the sea. Nice size house and garden. Helpful host very good communication and happy guy .

Negative: Property was very tired ,needs some money spent on it to be getting its full potential. We rent lots of places over time and this really wasn’t suitably maintained. Sockets all loose Bedside lamp bed unsafe Dirty linen , stains No cover on duvets No duvets in front bedroom just sheet and thing bed cover Tapped curtain rail Brown tape on coffee table Outside furniture rotten literally Mixed non matching glasses Water temp to low Garden needed weeding Towels had marks on them
