If you are looking for a modern beachfront home with views of the sea then this is the place for you! Perfect for a relaxing summer break with family or friends. The beach is a just a short stroll away - sit in our beach chairs on the dunes or take tranquil walks on the beach.
This split-level house is ideal for separate living if you need some quiet time. The upstairs retreat has its own tea/coffee station for that early morning cuppa while you watch the waves roll in. On the entry level you will find two bedrooms (one with kitchenette and dishdrawer), a bathroom (shower, toilet and vanity) and a separate laundry room.
Concrete floors in the mid-level open-plan kitchen and living area give this home an 'easy-living' chilled vibe where everyone can be together. The expansive glass sliding doors which open onto a full length deck allow for amazing indoor/outdoor flow to the front and if the wind picks up you can always retreat to the rear deck for a BBQ and wine without losing the views of Whale and White Islands.
When you tire of the beach you can venture into Whakatane CBD (5km) for a bite to eat at one of the many cafes and restaurants on the Strand or head over the hill to Ohope. Our area offers great walking tracks and the Whakatane golf course is just ten minutes' drive away!
Other things to note:
The cleaning fee includes linen - sheets, pillowcases, bedding, bath towels and tea towels. (please bring your own beach towels)
On your return from the beach there is an outside hot/cold shower to rinse the sand.
Coastlands beach is not always suitable for small children so please keep an eye on your little ones as we are not fully fenced.
