Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at the Beachfront Dubrovnik Villa! It was perfectly situated away from the hustling busy area of old town and that is making it incredibly easy to get around Dubrovnik. We were able to walk to so many fantastic restaurants, from casual cafes to more upscale dining options, all was just a few minutes away. Best is that the local bus stop was right around the corner, which was an easy and convenient for trips into the Old Town and other parts of the city. The villa itself was comfortable and well-equipped with A/C yahoo but the real star was the location – it offered the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat and easy access to all the action. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!"

Positive: Location is great, nice house at walkway, 2 min from the Lapad beach. Parking nearby is free of charge this year. Comfortable for family of four, two nice bedrooms with double beds and sofa. Wifi connection is great. Kitchen is great equipped, with everything you need. There is also washing machine .

Negative: A noice from playground across the house is till 23h. Smell in bathroom of the old pipes.

Summary: Good value for the money.

Positive: This small house (lower unit of a sub-divided house) is a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants, which is great. The double-paned windows were appreciated as there is a very noisy fun park right outside the house that plays noisy kids' machines from 9/10am - after midnight. You can easily stay here without a car, which is nice, walking to the beach and boardwalk. Easy bus access to the old town, too.

Negative: The funpark takes away from the calm in the garden where we like to have our meals. The garden really needs some more love and plants. The kitchen really needs a dishwasher, and curtains as at night everyone can see straight in. There was a bright blue car parked on the lot which blocked the tree view of both bedrooms- quite unpleasant and should be moved. The floors were very dirty when we came in and I had to mop them as our feet were turning black :(

Positive: Host left good instructions for check in and check out, and the keys were in a convenient location. Villa is beautiful, and in a wonderful location. Great value for money.

Negative: The floors were a bit dirty, they needed to be swept and mopped, but it wasn't too bad. The bed in the front bedroom has an old mattress, you could feel the springs. It would be nice if there was a bedside table and lamp on both sides of the bed.

Positive: The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the sea and 3 minutes to public transportation, making it incredibly convenient. The house was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, which is essential for a family stay. Thanks Emma. Highly recommended!

Negative: The cleanliness could have been improved, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of mosquito nets on the windows made it difficult to keep them open. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but there is one in the living room, which made the situation manageable as long as the bedroom doors were kept open

Positive: Charming old villa with nice garden, near the beach, restaurants and the walking area/lungo mare, and bus to the old town well equipped kitchen (lacking just dishwasher), comfortable beds, ac

Negative: Renovated but still places where you can feel it’s old (bathroom smell when ventilation not on, wooden floor in rooms needs some love etc, but nothing major that affected the overall comfort and feel good :-) Small complaint about lack of light during night on the stairs outside (relies on street lights that are far and main entrance light (not used as new entrance created after renovation). Probably will be fixed soon.

Summary: Fantastic place, close to everything and special feeling in the old stone villa by the sea.
