Summary: The location of this property was phenomenal; however, the house itself was VERY run down. One of the rooms had mold growing through the wall, the downstairs master had a leak in the roof

Summary: Home is need maintenance inside and out. Multiple chairs and items broken. Master suite doesn’t cool down with a/c. Common area furnishings old flaking off and coming apart. Bathrooms are dated and have peeling caulk around them. The owner/agent did provide us with a grille which was much appreciated.
