Summary: Two bedrooms, no linens and towels (as stated in description), bring your soap and toilet paper. Coffee machine needs whole bean coffee. The air conditioning is in the living room only but it's very strong, if you leave bedroom doors open you might need a warmer blanket, so it's great. Warm water in the shower runs out after two quick showers until the boiler warms up some more. 1-2min walk to the beach. Found some shards of glass from bottles in the sand, near BBQ machine, so wear your flip flops. Responsive property manager. Would come back.

Summary: Sandpiper resorts is a perfect beach getaway for Family and Friends! we went with a group of 5 adults and enjoyed the beach as there was lots of space for all guests and its only a 10min walk down the beach to the main strip! the cottage was amazing and all appliances were new! are only regret was only booking for one night, next year we will be back for a longer stay! check in was a breeze and Susan was easy to get a hold of for any questions we had.
