The Family room provides a queen sleeper sofa (additional pillows and blankets are provided) and sliders to the balcony. In your garage you will find coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs – everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach!!
Your condo is family friendly (Pack-n-Play, Portable Highchair and Baby Bathtub) & the Golden Arms is a secured property that welcomes children.
This property offers a private oceanfront pool heated to 85 degrees year round, on-site putting green, shuffleboard, secured access to and from the beach, and common area for entertaining.
You will be less than a five-minute walk to the world class restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping, live music, and nightlife on famous Flagler Avenue. The convenient location allows you to enjoy some of the best New Smyrna Beach has to offer without having to worry about driving and finding a place to park, yet is far enough to still be peaceful and relaxing. OUTDOOR FUN: Beach chairs, boogies boards, cooler, umbrellas, & sand toys all provided. Just bring your swimsuits and sunscreen!
RESORT AMENITIES: Golden Arms complex offers shuffleboard, putting green, beachfront pool heated to 85 degrees year round, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, private beach access, dedicated garage, and laundry machines on each floor - ours is two doors down and accepts credit cards. We provide laundry soap and fabric softener for your convenience.
