Summary: We walked in and were a bit upset about the cleanliness. Stained living and dining room furniture. We felt the house was dark and depressing. Musty. Needs a good household update… I would not pay over 500.00 a night for this property. I give 1 star for the gorgeous beach I give 1 star for the representative responsible for this property. They sent someone out to steam clean the chairs in the living room. They looked brand new. They cleaned the a/c vent and changed the filter. The management team did as much as they could. So I do appreciate them. I feel the house needs an overhaul and to be cleaned of mold… No I would not stay here again.

Summary: The home is SO adorable and cozy. The pool was incredible - 3x bigger than we would have expected for a house that size. There were a few issues which were taken care of right away and a couple (rusted out patio dining furniture, no working pool lights for nighttime swimming) which were not resolved during our stay but we did receive a small credit (which was appreciated). The beach was just a short walk from the backyard and it was nice to hear the waves day and night! We would definitely stay here at the Beach Bungalo again!

Summary: We had extended family ranging from 13-75, and all agree it was a wonderful week! The listing was accurate - and the pictures show the property just as it is. Being steps from the beach was a luxurious convenience. The large, clean pool was a great bonus & got lots of use. The management was very responsive to just a few minor concerns - addressed same day. We wish we could stay longer.

Summary: 4/17-4/24 We headed south for our first visit to AMI. We wanted a private pool on the beach for 4 adults, two 18 year old boys, 16 year old girl and 13 year old boy. Beachfront Bungalow was the perfect spot. Beach access was amazing. Pool was big with a sun deck built in and a few sitting ledges. Hot tub would heat up pretty quickly. House was great, smaller living room with seating for 5 but we were outside most of the time. Bedrooms were great, 3 King beds and bunk room with two twin over full beds. Lots of towels and beach towels. Great outdoor shower and 1/2 bath is connected to pool deck. Our only suggestion would be to update outdoor dinning table/chairs. There is a table but only 4 chairs for eating outside. We all agreed, we will be back!!

Summary: We had such a great time celebrating my 40th birthday at this lovely beach cottage - such a perfect location! From the heated pool to the lovely spa to the gorgeous white sand beaches just steps out the back gate... everything was perfect. We stayed in and cooked in the well appointed kitchen - local fish, shrimp and lobster oh my! So good.
