Positive: the location was very good beach was across the road bar and resturant supermarket close buy was very pleased with my apartment ,as i travelled on my own i felt very safe i would certainly book again

Negative: there was nothing i did not like ,i was very comfortable in the apartment and in the area that it was situated,it was great having the beach so near by

Positive: Top location, nice building and the decoration very minimalist and comfortable. The flat was very clean and the access was easy

Positive: The location was practical. Supermarket within walking distance.

Negative: The photos do not reflect the current state of the appartment. It was very difficult to follow the arrival instructions and finding the parking space and entrance to the building was challenging in the dark (no sign posting). The facilities are very run down, entrance foyer smells of cat urine, lifts (both) not working. A toaster in the kitchen would have been practical. All pots and pans would need to be replaced (wear and tear) and other equipment e.g. cutting board not hygienic.

Summary: Way overpriced for the state of the appartment. Photos don’t reflect current state.

Positive: Great location. The beach is across the street. There is a free parking lot on the territory.

Negative: Old and not very clean apartment and house as well. Also, the view in photos was directly on the sea, but in reality the windows faced another building very close. The manager was a little pushy. She constantly asked the exact time, although the check-in/check-out takes place without her presence and I put in the time. It was annoying.
