Positive: Luxury accommodation next to its own man-made lagoon. Very nice lap pool. Close to restaurants, grocery, Costco. Good design of the 2-bedroom condo.

Negative: They do not allow you to bring your own umbrella to the beach, citing "Liability issues." Could it really be the over $100 per day they charge for renting their chair and umbrella? No wonder very few people opted for that choice.

Summary: Nice luxury condo with a good location. Pretty pricey, but that is Hawaii.

Positive: Beautiful view and a beautiful apartment, quite big too. Nice places for eating and drinking in the resorts nearby, walking distance.

Negative: Just that there wasn’t a restaurant on the property and no espresso at the bar.
