Positive: This place is one of the nicest , best location and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to the Varca Beach. Also very close to the supermarket which was handy and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafés. Communication was great too.I would highly recommend this wonderful property.

Positive: The best thing I like is the hospitality. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was available even in the mid night. Beach and restaurants are close to the apartment. WiFi has amazing speed. I am looking forward for another stay in the coming mid May.

Positive: Very clean and spacious. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The manager was in constant communication with us.

Negative: Wanted payment in rupees. This was not stated anywhere. Credit cards are not accepted. It’s too much cash to withdraw from ATM’s to pay for the accommodation so I had to make a bank transfer. Also there was no kettle, toaster, enough cutlery or fry pan. Kettle came second day and toaster on the fourth.
