Positive: Hotel right on beach, cafe for cappuccino in lobby, hot water in shower, good bed and desk.

Negative: The windows on our floor, the 1st floor above street level, were filthy and irritating to look through to the great view of the beach. The bathroom had a glass wall without shades which you see the person inside, especially when the lights were on.

Summary: Good option by beach, but devalued by dirty windows and glass walls of bath with no shades.

Positive: The location was good. The hotel is right at a beautiful public beach with some parasols and chairs. It was nice to have some local life around, like families having picnics at the beach, horses from the stables near by, some simple restaurants and supermarkets next door. The room was spacious and the bathroom good. There was a good size pool even though in the next building.

Negative: We were there six nights at the end of the season. The service was not so good. It felt like nobody really cared if we were there or not. We got fresh towels, water or toilet rolls only when we asked for it. Nobody cleaned the room during our stay. We asked twice for cleaning but nothing happened. Nobody even took out the trash. Sometimes we put the trash outside of our room and they picked it up from there. There was a person in the restaurant who seemed to work hard, but the menu was boring and much shorter than it looked like.

Positive: Our ocean facing King room had a fantastic view of the ocean/ beach. Room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable with one pillow each. AC was working fine. wifi was of extremely poor quality 65Mbps and often non-existent. Bathroom shower is small, low water pressure and needs an upgrade. We had no water for 4hrs one night. The outer Hotel building looks molded and could do with a paint job to make it look more attractive. The hotel offers towels for the beach. Breakfast for 4 Rials could improve with some more healthier options, breakfast had boxed chicken nuggets and fried samoosas, a few fresh fruit/ salad items and pastries, bread and jams. Veggie omlette, beans, sausages and mini pancakes. There are no "Resort" facilities.
