Summary: We were blown away with this gorgeous beachfront property. The views were spectacular on all levels, the location was central to everything and ideal for beach access, including easy access to sunrise and sunset swims, and the front deck was the perfect place to enjoy at all times! The home was well stocked... there was not a thing that I would have changed! We had three generations, including 4 under 16 and 4 over 70. All were able to enjoy whatever their activity level allowed. Thank you thank you!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Summary: Beautiful home with a wonderful main floor. Great location and lovely decor too! The property management team was a pleasure to work with as well. However, most of the kitchen items were quite unclean and had to be rewashed before use. There was a actually food left on cooking utensils which was a bit gross. There were stains on some furniture and lamps/hooks in the house were broken. Also, asking guests to strip beds is inappropriate. Other than these house keeping issues, it was a really nice stay!

Summary: We stayed at the Beach Lawn Cottage for our annual family vacation. Our family ages range from 69 yrs old to 5 months old. The “Cottage” was the perfect place to call home for the week. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and the proximity to the ocean and pool was ideal. We were all sad when it was time to pack up and say goodbye. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage.
