Positive: The villa is the loveliest accommodation for a big family! It’s spacious, crispy clean and equipped with everything we needed (including washing machine and some coral shoes for those, who didn’t think of bringing). On its territory there is a spacious parking with closing gates. The island style decoration inside is elegant, there is a high-ceiling living room with sofas and big TV and also a big table in the open terrace for family gatherings. The bedrooms are located in different parts of the house (with different WCs close to them) which is a huge bonus in terms of privacy! What we especially loved in Beach Kaz is its ocean access, of course! Many similar houses have fences or walls facing the seaside, but this villa instead has a vast sandy courtyard (with trees, shower and a small table in the distance, perfect for smokers), which does not have wall, but is still a bit elevated, with several stone steps from the beach. So the privacy is retained, and the view is left unobscured! That’s fantastic!! The team of the house, especially Juliana and Mustafa, were very friendly and caring. The host, John, is a model of hospitality! We are very grateful, bring home the best memories and already dream of coming back!

Positive: A wonderful stay with incredible hospitality My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this villa for a holiday in mid-January. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, and the highlight was truly the host. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with genuine warmth and attentiveness that made us feel incredibly welcome. The villa is well-equipped, comfortable, and has everything you might need, including a full kitchen and a barbecue area (and we were regularly provided with charcoal)). Our host was exceptionally responsive and caring. Whether it was promptly restocking our water cooler, bringing extra blankets, or making sure the terrace was cleaned of sand every morning, no request was too small. The location is ideal for a beach holiday. The beach is literally steps away from the villa. The host kindly warned us about the sea urchins, but also provided reef shoes and snorkeling masks, so we could enjoy swimming safely and comfortably. There’s a small shop and a cafe within a short 15-minute walk for basics. For larger grocery runs, we drove to Kumar Kumar. It felt like a true home away from home, thanks to the host's outstanding hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

Positive: We were visiting the Seychelles for the first time with friends and chose Beach Kaz by chance. We couldn't have made a better choice. Beautiful and peaceful accommodation in the south of the island at Anse Forbans. Beautiful swimming, other beaches nearby. We took advantage of the local restaurants, bought fish at the market, or caught them ourselves and grilled them. Communication with John was excellent many days before departure. His instructions were great. Juliana welcomed us on site and took care of us throughout our stay. The place was cleaned practically every day, just like in a hotel, which we didn't even expect. We would love to come back again:)
