Positive: The location in terms of the lake was superb - it was literally at the end of the garden. Big rooms, nice garden, jetty (just no boat!) Coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine etc - most of the useful features one would expect Host was friendly and answered any questions promptly Restaurant just across the road with very good quality food.

Negative: The house was right next to a busy car park - could get quite noisy during the day and at night on the weekends. Triple glazing would definitely help here. The property is only air conditioned in the bedrooms, not everywhere and it was just too hot most of the time because of this Granted it was unusually warm (and even in the bedrooms it failed to keep up no the hottest nights) but the property is advertised as air conditioned, not part air conditioned. The beds were not very comfortable, nor were the sofas unfortunately. There was no TV which was not the end of the world by any means but just unexpected these days.

Summary: Nice property directly on the lake, friendly host...shame about the carpark next door.
