Summary: This place has the perfect location for letting kids run free. The house backs onto walking paths and is very close to a playground and skate park. Short walk to Birubi beach. The house is spacious and kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views from the balcony. There is a bit of construction going on in the duplex next door but luckily no works on the days we were there.

Summary: Ive been holiday letting in Port Stephens for over 20 years and by far this is the best property we have stayed in. From the quality of furnishings, the lovely communication with the owner and view and access to the beach, this was an outstanding holiday. Summary: We absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for our family to get together to celebrate my 60th birthday. We were a party of 7 adults, 3 children (11, 10 and 7) and two babies. The location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach, but also very quiet and peaceful. We watched whales frolicking from the kitchen window pretty much the whole weekend! The accommodation was very comfortable, with plenty of space for us all. Kitchen was very well-equipped. We really hope we can go back another time, we had the loveliest time.

Summary: Location and view great but unfortunately construction work taking place which interrupted this and we wernt told of We felt price did not match quality Cleanliness good be better and sofa bed for the 10th and 11th bed was broken The house is not indicated it is a duplex so neighbours both nights were partying late and had to be told to quieter down Large skip bin blocked driveway. I’m sure once renovations complete it will be lovely
