2 Bedroom House in Saint Simons Island

This cozy 2 bedroom house is renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk to Redfern Village & other entertainment. King & Queen beds & the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & business class wifi. Just outside the house is a huge private fenced backyard for great outdoor living. 4 bikes for an additional fee. Does NOT have a grill. NO PETS ALLOWED.
This is the main, private house that is attached to a cute apartment (kind of like a townhouse). There is NOT any door connecting the two units. They are COMPLETELY separate.
This house is in a great location on Demere Rd. Road noise may be heard during your stay. However, the speed limit is slow enough for golf carts, so no fast traffic.
Close to Redfern Village, short drive to beach and pier.
Has full size washer dryer in unit.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

Summary: The house was clean and ready for us! It was comfortable and we didn’t have to ask about anything during our stay. Close enough to do lots of exploring around the island!

Summary: We had a great time at this Dream Home. It was within walking or bike riding distance to everything we wanted to do, including amazing food. We used Uber from the Brunswick airport to the house & back, other than that we didn’t need a vehicle. The home was clean, well furnished, and the host was responsive though we had no issues to respond to once checked in, because it was perfect.

Summary: I cannot say enough about the property!! The location was perfect, the house was extremely clean, and the owner checked in on us many times. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms lovely...the bed I stayed in was more comfortable than my own:) We walked every morning and were so happy with how close everything was. The bikes were in great condition, and the local paths were very safe. We went to East Beach and it was super close, and had bathrooms, etc. right in the parking lot. We had dinner at Fiddlers, and the staff and locals couldn't have been any nicer; same with the Frederica House. We will definitely be back and would not stay any place other than the "Beach House" on Demere Road!! Thank you to the gracious home owners!!!

Summary: We really had a great time at this property. Very clean and the management company was super responsive! We really didn’t have much of a problem but when we needed them, they did respond quickly. Check-in was easy and the house felt really secure. The house is located in a great area, very walkable. Of course, Saint Simons is not a big island but this house was very convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend and will probably stay again.
