Positive: Rene is very nice host and helpful

Negative: Construction immediately on the site. Lack of privacy. Hotel has several buildings so it is challenging to understand which room you are actually booking. We had a room in front of noisy road and a room facing inwards the yard where the stuff was constantly walking in front the window doors. Don't hope to walk undressed in your room. Cleaners have to do their job in the morning and as walls are very thin you can hear when they prepare and move tables for breakfast or clean the floors (of course it goes before the guests quality of rest).

Summary: Noisy with construction on the site (can be good for a night or two). Clean, nice stuff, nice beach

Positive: The rooms were cosy and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially René helped us with anything we needed or wanted to know. Also that the location is very close to the beach is a huge plus.

Negative: The doors of the rooms are very thin so that you can hear the neighbors closing the door, talking every time they are outside their room. Breakfast was okay, could have been more and more diverse. Basically every morning exactly the same little breakfast.

Summary: All in all, a very nice place to stay for a few days. Staff is very helpful with anything.

Positive: We stayed in Beach House for 10 nights with 2 year old child. Staff was lovely and very helpful if we needed something extra (many many thanks to René and Nicole). Good location, the beach is just across the road and it is close to city center (restaurants and stores). Very tasty breakfast, you get fruit platter, eggs with bacon/sausage and bread with butter and jam, juice, tea/coffee. Free parking Everything was very clean, there is daily room service, but don't forget to put the sign to make your room outside the door. We had an evening flight back home and late check out was possible. Beach House, thank you for the wonderful holiday experience <3

Negative: When it gets dark it's a little dangerous to walk by the road with a child to the city center because there are no sidewalks (but this isn't hotels' fault, in general there are mostly no sidewalks on the island). The isolation in our room wasn't the best, so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs with you.

Positive: The location is great close to the beach and restaurants. The room was comfortable, it needs a bedside small table

Negative: The next-door construction i am sure impacts the beach house, it makes it cramped and noisy. The tea/coffee facilities in the room can be improved, there was no normal tea, sweetener or milk/creamer so i couldnt have tea in my room. not everyone likes flavoured tea. The breakfast should start earlier than 7.30am, perhaps 7.00am as people need to go to work or excursions or airport.

Summary: The House is set in a great location perhaps that justifies the cost of the house.

Positive: We loved our stay at the Beach House. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was well equipped. Best thing, besides the location, was the breakfast on the terrace (amazing view and food!) and the TV-Screen in the room :)

Negative: Unfortunately, the description of the room on booking was not correct (we didnt have sea view) and belonged to another room (with sea view). I would recommend booking a room with sea view right away. Kindly, they gave us another room for our stay.

Summary: Would definitely go back!
