Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the beach apartment, especially the great location — it’s very close to the beach, which was perfect for our family. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The apartment is spacious and comfortably fit our family of five.

Negative: It was fairly clean overall; however, some areas felt a bit run down, particularly the bathroom/toilet, which could use some updating. The laundry area also needs an upgrade and a more thorough clean.

Positive: Great location, a short drive from the peninsula hotsprings and walking distance to main street of Rye and the beach. Aircon worked great in summer.

Negative: Unfortunately the blankets on the couch smelled strongly of urine. Also, a small safety concern as the additional front door leading to the bedroom was left unlocked when we arrived.

Summary: Overall enjoyed the stay, would return again if these small issues with the apartment were resolved.

Negative: Communication with staff was not great. Even after trying to reach out on the numbers that were sent on my confirmation email, I still couldn't get through to anyone until the day of our stay.
