Positive: The property is located very close to the beach and was very well mantained by the care taker . the access to the beach both sunset and sunrise time and the fisherman out with the boats is a worderful site to behold

Positive: The stay was amazing! Direct beach access which is why this place is unquie. Perfect beach stay. Host Sandesh and Sadashiv caretaker were also helpful and attentive. I guess if one needs private beach access beach with no crowd then this is the one. Also sometimes fishing activities takes place near stay, if someone who likes to watch those things is the plus thing. Overall had a good experience.

Positive: It was really good. The property was located right infront of the beach. Caretaker and the host were really friendly and helpful. Helped us with food by suggesting local restaurants. Beach were empty and peaceful.
