Negative: There was a little confusion in obtaining the keys - the app said there would be a box at the property with the keys inside - a code was given on the app, but there was no box at the property. After speaking with a person at the next door restaurant I was informed that the keys were in Guardamar town centre. I checked again on the app and it was given that the keys were at an address in Guardamar so we went looking for that address - eventually, after an hour. we located the address (which was given as 52, Calle Mayor on the app but which didn't exist) we thought it would be a Fidalsa office, but in fact was just the black box on a wall on the main street!

Positive: The apartment is nice, view is gorgeous, very close to the beach

Negative: Apartment need to be renovated, bed was not comfortable, no phonics isolation between bedroom and next apartment. TV from next apartment it was like in our bedroom.

Positive: Great location - you cant get any closer to the beach. The apartament was clean and pretty well equipped.

Negative: We had to collect keys from different location in the same city which might be a problem if you are not traveling by car. There is no AC in the apartment.
