Summary: I enjoyed my stay at the Beach Haus for two nights . The property manager , Inova Dominguez was very helpful, professional, and because of her assistance I will return to this property for another visit . My room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything that I needed. The pool and the ground were very well maintained. Beach access was about a five minute walk and very convenient to the property. There is free parking , which is a great bonus, and the restaurants / supermarket were close by, so I would highly recommend a stay at this hidden gem on Key Biscayne

Summary: Great location. Spacious apartment. Clean and very charming. The pool was great! We loved everything about our stay.

Summary: Property was as described. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Host very responsive. Location very close to beach but would have helped to have a map of how to get to the public beach access. Trash was left under both sinks and baseboards could use a wipe down. But overall a nice stay.

Summary: No hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels or bathing suits. Lizard and spider in my bathroom the whole stay. Front door was found open one day because the heat expanded the door jamb. Directions to the beach/clubs are not easy. No maps of the area in the rooms.

Summary: The host needs to explain the air conditioning thermostat control. It was very difficult to operate and it made the over night temperature too warm and uncomfortable. Room was very clean and the location was outstanding. Easy access to shops and beaches.

Summary: I have always loved staying at Beach Haus Bal Harbor and the same held true for BH Key Biscayne. I rated some things 3 or 4 stars because check in was a bit difficult. I booked the room because my husband has some handicaps (related to walking and stairs) and we arrived after office hours on a Friday night and in the dark. There is very poor signage for the building to which he was assigned and when we tried the key code given it didn't work, unaware that we were at the wrong building. Luckily a hotel representative was available by phone (#$ on e-mail confirmation) and guided us to the correct building. Other than difficulty finding and accessing the assigned buiding and room, everything else about the stay exceeded expectations and would certainly book again. Hopefully, buidling signage and clearer instructions will not be an issue in the future.

Summary: This property is clean and new. The manager’s communication was friendly and excellent. It is a block from the beach. The pool has a perfect temp and is nicely maintained. It’s a really good value for Key Biscayne.

Summary: The room was nice, stylish, European modern, but the check in process was difficult. Siri couldn't even find the address. The office is infrequently staffed. To find the room I was walking around a block with three buildings all with the same number set and trying to get into the wrong room. Instructions via phone were unclear. The room is pricey, but accomodations were good. The soft beds were bad for my back. Parking was ok for our building, not so good for others.
