Summary: The host needs to explain the air conditioning thermostat control. It was very difficult to operate and it made the over night temperature too warm and uncomfortable. Room was very clean and the location was outstanding. Easy access to shops and beaches.

Summary: This property is clean and new. The manager’s communication was friendly and excellent. It is a block from the beach. The pool has a perfect temp and is nicely maintained. It’s a really good value for Key Biscayne.

Summary: The room was nice, stylish, European modern, but the check in process was difficult. Siri couldn't even find the address. The office is infrequently staffed. To find the room I was walking around a block with three buildings all with the same number set and trying to get into the wrong room. Instructions via phone were unclear. The room is pricey, but accomodations were good. The soft beds were bad for my back. Parking was ok for our building, not so good for others.

Summary: The staff - Elizabeth - was great and very welcoming. For the price, we were disappointed though. We were four to five blocks from the beach and the amenities were cheap. Room service was offered as an extra cost. It was nice to have the extra room, but very inconvenient to not have a toaster, a dishwasher and the things we are used to having in a condo.

Summary: The unit we stayed seemed to be brand new! the sticker was still on the stove. I loved how clean and modern it was and the location was very centrally located in Key Biscayne. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Beach Haus continues to be our go-to option when staying on Key Biscayne. Always clean, well maintained and pleasant staff. Short walk to the beach as well as markets and restaurants. Had to extend our stay, easy as a phone call.
