Summary: Hotel is tired but very clean with great staff and comfortable beds. Bonus having a full size fridge and the air conditioning really works well. Very quiet neighborhood and right by the park. When i have to visit the Lower Mainland i often stay there.

Summary: My stay here went alright. I enjoyed the comfort of not having to bother in terms of bothering others because I had a corner room. The room was clean but there was odour of cleaning products. The room was wooden, had a refrigerator, microwave and a stove which was beyond my expectations. The room had a tv next to the bed which was ideal for me. The room also had a nice coffee maker which even a hotel like Mario does not provide sometimes. It was working fine and easy to prepare and it can fill up an entire pot. The beds were comfortable and there is a single couch as well. The location was nice too with a park nearby and also a fitness centre and a nice Thai restaurant and a pizza restaurant called swans. These are the foods that are rare in Toronto. The washroom could have been better as the shelf was metal and not the cleanest. The shower curtains were low quality. You have to enter a room with a key and the inserting was not the smoothest. A digital card reader would be a good investment to make for this motel. Due to some reasons mentioned above I’m giving it a 4
