This exceptionally modern, spacious and light-filled home boasts a spectacular ocean-front location. It has direct access to Ocean Beach, with just a few small steps over the sand dune to enjoy a family friendly patrolled beach. You can enjoy the uninterrupted ocean views from the spacious open plan living space, or the ocean-front outdoor deck, with dining area and sun lounges.
The main property has 3 bedrooms, with an additional 2 bedrooms in the back cabin. Beach Front on The Esplanade will comfortably sleep a total of 11 people (with a maximum of 8 adults), making it perfect for a few families, or an extended family holiday. There are multiple living areas, both indoors and out, so there is plenty of space for everyone.

In the main house, you will find a large master suite, with a queen bed, a comfortable sitting area, an ensuite bathroom and access to the courtyard. The other bedrooms in the main house have a queen, and a tri-bunk (double + single). The main house has a bright and modern bathroom, with shower and bath, and the cabin ensuite also has a bath.
The open plan living and dining space open out onto the huge outdoor deck, with a dining area, BBQ, and sun loungers with ocean views. You can enjoy the beach from the deck, without getting your feet sandy! Please Note That THE SPA IS NOT IN USE.

NB: please note the room configuration in the cabin. Bedroom 1 must be accessed via Bedroom 2, there is a door separating the two for privacy, but please keep this in mind when allocating sleeping space to your guests.

There is another listing - Ocean Views on the Esplanade' on the upper level of this property, This is a smaller property that sleeps up to 7 people. Beach Front is the lower apartment, and you will share the driveway and entry courtyard with the upper apartment. Please take this into consideration when booking.
Other Things TO Note:
NO More Than 10 Guests (10 people are permitted to stay at Beach Front on the Esplanade unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests Must NOT byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
NO Parties OR Events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10 pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. Should there be ongoing noise disruption, our security company will be called to the property. If they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive it will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction.
NO Booking Will BE Accepted From ANY Party Under THE AGE OF #25. NO Schoolies

Summary: Fantastic location, right on the beach. Clean, modern facilities in the house. Great communication. Only issue was in the detached cabin, in which the A/C didn't work and it wasnt maintained as well as the house. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend, thankyou!

Summary: This property was the perfect location for a family vacation. The views were spectacular and shops are very accessible. Shortfalls of the property were that it required a deep clean with dust, spiderwebs and smelly drains noted. Airconditioning is only available in the main spaces so it can get hot during the day, but the weather is comfortable at night. There is limited parking on the property, however the beach parking is just around the corner and convenient. Be mindful this is a shared property as someone upstairs is renting as well so even a bit of noise and they will complain.

Summary: Property is as per photos, amazing position right on the beach - coffee and food a few steps away and a few minutes walk to the Main Street. Booking through Belle and check in super easy. Not much parking at property if you are a group but plenty of street options close by.

Summary: This is a great place for a weekend or week away with family and friends. The panoramic views from the living room make it very special. Summary: We loved our time here and would come again - but that said - in light of the quality of the house we have the following constructive comments. 1) It would be useful to have some instructions on the use of the appliances - where the “stove” switch was so we could use the oven ( we had to ring up and ask), the program settings on the dishwasher had worn off so it was a guess as to how to use the dishwasher and it was a guessing game on how to use the microwave as well 2) Although there was a hairdryer in the main house bathroom it would be helpful to have a hairdryer provided in the cabin accommodation as well 3) It would be helpful to have an iron and ironing board available for use 4) Dishwashing supplies were very limited for non dishwasher items - just a blue wettex was provided - we had to go out and buy our own scourer to clean a baking dish 5) The oven and kitchen rubbish bin were not clean and there were old coffee pods left in the coffee machine 6) The toilet in the cabin had not been properly cleaned 7) One of the lounge room coffee table lamps was broken 8) The hallway wall light did not work and the cover on one of the hallway lights was missing 9) The venetian blind to the window beside the bathroom door in the cabin would not open to let light in. 10) There was insufficient toilet paper provided and we had to go and purchase more

Summary: This house is a gem. The location is spectacular and the house lives up to its location. The furniture, beds etc are all comfy, there are plenty of towels and blankets etc and the kitchen is mostly well equiped. However there were some issues which is why we could not rate this house as 5 stars. We were provided with zero cleaning products - not a single sponge, Chux, scourer, paper towel and no dishwashing tablets/powder. We cut up watermelon and had nothing to wipe down the bench top. The people at the agency were lovely but we arrived at around 2.30 on Friday, let them know before 5pm about the problem but did not get supplies until after 10 am on Saturday. Also we were charged for 15 hours (based on the maximum wage rate for a cleaner) worth of cleaning. However we were told there would be an additional two hours if we used the bbq and did not clean it properly ( we didn’t use it) which seems a bit outrageous AND we got a long list of jobs we had to do (tidy up, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher & turn on, take the garbage out etc before we left. After paying so much for cleaning!!! I would still recommend this property. It is comfortable, lovely, has stunning views and is walking distance to everything you need in Umina Village. But there were a few glitches during our stay
