Positive: Beautiful home, great neighborhood, we liked having a bit of protection from the direct winds on the beach

Negative: Nothing- liked it all—- oh, except the bed on the main living area creaked- a minor deal. We’ll thought out supplies in the home really helped

Positive: Large property Comfy living areas Downstairs kids area including an Xbox and coloring area my daughter LOVED Park across the street with a fire pit Close to the 101 Short drive to a small beach access Fairly new and updated Nice hot tub and outdoor areas

Negative: We did enjoy our stay but.. VERY steep price for what it is. Some broken electronic devices (TV downstairs had a completely unusable remote and the upstairs TV remote had some broken functions) and non-functioning light fixtures. Bathrooms and bedrooms were cheaply constructed and needed a good deep clean, including heavily stained rugs and carpets. Even the bedding smelled vaguely musty. It was obvious this property is very hard used with a lot of quick turnover, so don't expect pristine condition. Check out was at 11 but had cleaning staff literally barging in a little after 10

Summary: Large newish property with a few quirks, just bring lots of friends/family to share the cost
