Positive: Large apartments with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well-maintained green area, own beach with sun beds, providing you with privacy, and an incredible view from the balcony (Superior Apartments – Sea View). The staff is very attentive. Nearby is Beau Vallon Beach, a grocery store, and a bus stop.

Positive: Nice and clean apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff! Large drum of fresh water available in the room. The apartment was daily cleaned. Good location, only a pitty the Beau Vallon beach is not reachable directly from the cottages, you need to go via the big street 400meter. Also missing a comfortable coach or small sunbeds on the 1st floor apartment.

Positive: The property is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a honeymoon, with amazing snorkeling and swimming opportunities. The surroundings are peaceful, scenic, and provide a premium experience without needing a 4- or 5-star hotel. Overall, the location and ambiance made our stay special and memorable.

Negative: Before arrival, we had confirmed with Katrina via Booking.com that fishing was allowed without restrictions and kayaking was subject to weather. However, upon arrival, the guest representative, Pence, initially denied both activities, then changed his stance multiple times - even after we saw other guests using kayaks. The inconsistency and unwelcoming tone affected our excitement and ultimately led us to skip both fishing and kayaking during our stay.

Positive: Very clean apartment with daily cleaning service. The owner is very nice and helpful! Good location close to beau vallon and walkable (less than 1 mile) to restaurants and boardwalk at beach.

Negative: Direct water access is not easy. The air conditioning did not work great and cleaning service turned it off daily. It took a while each night to catch up and cool off. We also had to carry our own beach chair cushions to the loungers, which is fine, but just an extra step.

Summary: Good affordable stay close to beau vallon.
