Positive: Location just what we were hoping for--classic Maine coast on the water. The cottage has everything we need. Spotlessly clean. Our host couldn't be friendlier and a great resource for local attractions.

Negative: Nothing could have been better. Even the weather was great.

Positive: Location, Location! The view was amazing! The cottage was immaculately clean, and had everything you could want. The back deck has a great covered pergola with a great outdoor patio heater. We were able to sit outside with the heater on with the temperature in the upper 30's low 40 's.and enjoy the sunrise . Inside beds were comfy as was the couch. Plenty of dishes, glassware , pots and pans Microwave. Keurig, drip coffee pot and blender as well as a gas grill outdoors.sofa was comfy, RV came with prime, paramount, peacock youtubetv and many other channels The owner was very helpful and was prompt with response to any questions. They really thought of everything!

Positive: Very clean, fully stocked with anything you could possibly need or may have forgotten, beautiful ocean views from the heated deck, fire pit, nice tv with all streaming options, great restaurant and general store in walking distance, and the owner Dave was super friendly and helpful. His dog Bella was also very sweet. We hope to stay there again.

Positive: Everything!! It was an absolutely beautiful place with fantastic views. Quiet and relaxing but close to more active areas to visit. The house was updated and spotless. Comfortable and gave a home away from home feeling.

Positive: This waterfront cottage is a gem. It is warm, cute and comfortable. Meticulously clean with WiFi and up updated technology. The host was wonderful - checking in to be sure that we were comfortable and there was nothing we needed.
