Negative: Rooms can be cleaned better, more shuttles in the night (21h and 22h), prices of restaurants should be cheaper, prices of the spa are very expensive. Arround The room 701 smells very bad.

Positive: The location on the shark bay was amazing. One of the best bays on the island. There are sea turtles, a variety of fish and coral. Good snorkeling. There is a restaurant on the beach and a luxurious pool right on the water. Free kayak and SUP for an hour. The room is very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the bay. Includes a comfortable seating area. .

Negative: Lots of stairs to go up and down. We were given a location in the farthest building and on the top floor. If we had been on a lower floor it would have been better. The restaurant is reasonable but expensive. The massage is very expensive compared to the town. The sink is not in the bathroom but in the bedroom, which is a bit strange and disturbing. The breakfast is reasonable minus. Not varied but nutritious. But all of these are definitely bearable.

Positive: The hotel has an amazing sea view and a simply beautiful beach!

Negative: The windows are not very airtight and mosquitoes get in. The location is a bit far from everything but we took the hotel because we saw that there were free shuttles to the center, but I didn't know that only 3 times a day and each trip to the center at other times is very expensive

Negative: The location isn’t the best however they supply a shuttle multiple times a day to the pier and to the town

Positive: Staff are helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel are peaceful and private. They have Shutter bus to the Saree Beach and Pier serve for their Clients. The Facilities are good.

Negative: The price for the food quite expensive.

Positive: Location was perfect nice & quite Grear for snorkling All very clean Book with guys on beach for snorkling trips absolutely brilliant

Negative: Should be able to get a beach towel on arrival and have option to change, waiting for them to be changed the next day from room in the afternoon was no good if you were off our anywhere or needing a fresh one next day Towels in room were tatty and some had holes in 712 looked over a builders yard Being in the building industry myself i could off done with not hearing banging and looking at this when sitting on balcony , as it was not full being moved to another room which didn't over look this should have been an option Shower hose sprayed everywhere Not enough information in room, seemed to be all about the spa nothing like a food menu which would off been useful, a taxi number ect Was water free from the bars during the day for residents? We heard day visitors were given discount at bars for food and drink something the residents did not get Some staff don't look that happy , no good morning and no smiling some not all I would book again but will be expecting a better view from my room next time

Positive: Our stay was lovely and the location is excellent. We had one particular waiter, Alex, who was exceptional and took such good care of us. The breakfast is delicious with a vast array of choices.

Negative: We did feel that there were not enough waiters around during the day and while we were at the pool. It took a while to attract the attention of a waiter (when Alex was not there) and then the drinks took an extremely long time to be made.

Positive: The pool is amazing and the beach is so nice, amazing breakfast

Negative: The staff was not so helpful Many stairs They put us on third floor while we are 3 families with kids. They should know it’s too hard for the kids to go up every time The hotel was not clean
