Positive: We have stayed at MANY places over the 20 years I have been visiting Seabrook and this was my favorite! STUNNING views, great location (SUPER easy to get to the beach with small kids and a short walk to the beach club), and very comfortable for my family. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children and it was a perfect layout for us. I would stay here year after year.

Negative: Things to note: it is west facing so you get the sunset and it gets warm. The loft is VERY bright as there are no shades so you wake with the sun. These wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Negative: The twin beds are loud when you move around. Would probably be fine for kids sleeping in the room, but we had two adults.

Positive: It has the most amazing sunset view from the porch. The beach is very close and the property was quite comfortable for our family.

Negative: The baking sheets and skillets were smaller than what I needed, but we made it work.

Positive: This Villa has a wonderful view of the water and great location on the Island.

Negative: Why doesn't Vacasa offer a welcome package, with Home and Island details? We had no idea of when garbage pick up was or if we had to put the trash out. We didn't have an details about the Island and what activities were going on. The carpet in this Villa is HORRIBLE, needs to be replaced yesterday.

Summary: Beautiful Island, Wonderful Water views. We saw tons of wildlife. Great Vacation.
