Positive: I liked the fact the beach was one minute away from the house walking distance, the house was cute, small on the outside but when I walked in, I was surprised how open and spacious it was. I liked having 2 bathrooms. The fact there was plenty of towels and everything we needed as far as utensils and soap, shampoo etc, was great. I can definitely say it was a great place to stay just a bit out dated, needs a little TLC.

Negative: I honestly did not like the furniture how outdated it was, mostly in the living room, my family and I had 2 movie nights but was very uncomfortable because the sofas were not very comfy, the bed my husband and I slept it was not comfortable at all. There was a grill in the back, and an extra shower, not very clean. But the house was clean so that was a plus. Due to the weather not being all that great, we had no need to utilize either one so no big deal.

Summary: Great place to stay with your family for low price, CLEAN, I definitely had a great time here and so did my family, Wi-F

Negative: Everything in the house was extremely outdated, decor from 1960s/70s, uncomfortable furniture, grass/weeds completely overgrown around the property, 3 gross unusable grills in the backyard, outdoor shower had old bars of soap and a half-ripped shower curtain, oven was so old the temperature numbers were gone on the knob so you did not know what temperature you were cooking the food in the oven; you had to guess, outdated TV in the bedroom basically unusable unless you brought VHS tapes with you.
