The Beach Bungalow is a cute beach cottage getaway that's kept affordable for families looking to spend time on the North Fork. Walk right over to the beach and bring your beach chairs etc. all available at the house for your stay. Everything you would want is there for you and you will be in the heart of the North Fork with so much to do or do nothing and enjoy a relaxing getaway!
A handsomely landscaped entry greets you as you unload in the level driveway. In just a few steps you will be in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops. The home is also open with lots of natural light.
This 2-bedroom beach bungalow is fully heated and has AC. This home can sleep up to 5 comfortably. It has a master bedroom with walk-in closets and a private, full bathroom, a large rear deck, outdoor seating, a fenced-in yard, and a fire pit. There is a Bunk Bed with a twin-sized mattress above a full-sized mattress. The beach is down the block and you will be staying in the heart of the North Fork by all the wonderful vineyards and farm stands. The house has everything you will need for a wonderful stay.
When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV. You are free to explore local destinations including the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island. Walk across the road to the New Watermark restaurant. Five-star restaurants are just five minutes away. You can also visit vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore.

Summary: The Beach Bungalow was a great fit for our family beach week getaway. We needed a dog friendly rental with rooms that fit our two kids (3 and 7) and easy access to Long Island beaches - without breaking the bank - and this was a great fit. We put the kids in the bunk room and used the basement suite as a play room. Owners have done some really smart renovations and adaptations to keep this little bungalow up to modern day, from the old back porch becoming a great enclosed dining space to thorough use of window units and dehumidifiers for that good old beach house humidity. The kitchen was well appointed (we should have packed more small bowls/cups for kiddso) and dog loved the fenced yard on three sides. Quick walk to the Hulse Beach area and then we did some short drives over to Smith Pt for broader sandy beach days and up the North Fork to farm stands and mini golf etc. Debbie was great on text and we have no major complaints! A great beach trip and first trip on the north shore. Thanks!!
