Summary: Great property and living space. The owner is very attentive and checked in with us to see if things were ok. Would definitely recommend this listing for its cleanliness its amount of space and location so close to the Wildwood Crest beaches and Wildwood boardwalk. This is not on the owner whatsoever but the property manager locked the pool up early on one night of our stay but that wouldn’t keep us from giving this condo a 5 star review.

Summary: Almost perfect!!!4.9 starsLocation is sweet! We used the pool right outside of the door every single day. It was never too crowded. The rugs outside the front door need to go… the water gathers there and gets a little nasty. Beach was incredible and so family friendly!Facility management and maintenance was great!Beds could be more comfy, but comfy enough. Plenty of extras which we didn’t even use, like chairs, an umbrella and boogie board. The drying rack was a life changer! Just enough in the kitchen for basics without being too cramped. If you have more than 2 coffee drinkers, bring a mug or two. tea cups are cute though! Go up on the ocean front deck for coffee clutch!!! More than just start up TP, trash bags, etc which was nice. For a small condo, there was space for grandparents plus a family of five. Already booking the same week next year!

Summary: Such a perfect spot! The condo is updated, clean, and nicely decorated. Can’t beat the pool access right outside your door and the proximity to the parking spots. Super close to the beach as well! Communication and interaction with the owner was wonderful, he was easy to work and quick to respond. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: We were there for a dance competition. Location was very easy to get to the beach. Parking spots were right next to the room. Pool was directly outside the door, which i thought would be loud, but there was no issues with this. Property offered chairs, umbrella, and boogie board for use. Propery manager was friendly and helpful as well.

Summary: Location is great for family vacation. Condo was clean & VERY well stocked with everything from flatware, dishes, cooking pans, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, tp, trash bags & very nice beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards & drying rack. I took a lot of items based on previous stays other places I didn’t need at this rental. Owner Ralph is quick to respond to messages. Pool is 85 & right outside the unit so was great even on days with not-so-perfect beach weather. Most days was like having a private pool. Beach is right at end of the complex so super convenient. 15 minute walk to bike/ surrey rental, playground, splash pad for kids & nice adult outside gym. Another 15 mins walk down the beachside concrete bike path/walkway puts you at the start of Wildwood boardwalk & tram cars. So no need to drive if you choose not to but super short drive to the boards or even Cape May if you choose. “Jitney” stops right at the front of the property on corner of Atlantic so for 3 you can take the bus to or from the boardwalk. Wildwood Crest is a dry family friendly town so quiet in the evenings but close enough to walk to Wildwood or Diamond beach for entertainment. There are a couple BYOB restaurants, breakfast/lunch/icecream within a few blocks walk. Property manager was super friendly & helpful upon checkin. 2 parking spots are just a few steps from the unit & there are a few bike racks so we were able to find space to lock our bikes. Bike friendly island.

Summary: I can’t say the place was very clean and It’s not very big. The pictures online make it look much bigger than it actually is. We had a nice time though. We made it work and had a great vacation!

Summary: My husband, 2 year old, sister, brother-in-law and myself stayed here and it was just the right size. The location was also perfect. I was not expecting the pool to be RIGHT there. We pretty much had our own gate access to the pool, and the window to the room where my toddler napped was right there which was convenient and safe. It is also steps from the beach! We would absolutely love to book for this weekend every single year, but we were disappointed by the cleanliness. Mold in the shower, clumps of dust caked onto the walls, layers of dust on the screens, the fridge smelled so bad of fish that we put all of our items in Ziplocs to keep the smell from sticking. With having a child at the age where he loves to be on the floors, and my sister and I being allergic to dust and mildew, it was just really unfortunate. I met the woman who lives in room 319 who said she cleans a lot of the condos. I would even consider hiring her myself before coming next time. I would much rather pay a higher cleaning fee, than have to take the time to wipe down and disinfect everything. I specifically looked at the reviews for cleanliness, so that was a surprise and huge disappointment.

Summary: This property is all about location - literally right outside of one of the two pools, and just steps from a beach entrance, it's got everything you'd want in terms of location. Otherwise - there's plenty to be happy with: having two reserved parking spots is super convenient, two pools on property (one of which maxes at 8 feet, the other at like 5.5) was wonderful, and the beds and A/C were comfortable enough for a hot August stay at the shore. Beware that you not only have to bring sheets and towels, but bath towels as well. The bathrooms don't have rugs, though that'd be a welcome upgrade. This means when you walk out of the shower the hardwood floor gets wet and stays wet. So bring a couple of foot towels. Having a dustbuster in the place would be great too, so much sand gets tracked in that if we stay here next time, we're bringing one. We didn't end up needing it, but there is laundry on the property, which could be quite convenient. The owner was FANTASTIC at communication. Responded within minutes of every message: A+! The second bedroom actually has three beds in it - a bunk bed (with a twin and a double) and another double (or this might be a queen - worth asking if you need it). We brought the wrong sheet size for the double, but it worked out. We grilled out one night, the property's grilling spot was perfect. Beware of the very aggressive seagulls in Wildwood though, they stole some of our food! Great place, book it. We just might book it again!
