Summary: Clean room, laundry, and check-in are good. It is a little far from most of city attractions. If you do not like walk, it would not be good choice though.

Summary: The room was27 C in the evening and It was impossible to sleep as the air-conditioning did not work and leaving the windows open was extremely noisy. the next day when I asked the reception about the failure of the air-conditioning. I was told that it is now winter season in the air condition does not work. I have rarely seen the front desk staff care so little.

Summary: Very nice apartment hotel. Service was friendly and the condition was very good. Front desk used my name from the first to lasr contact. That makes me feel welcome. Thanks David. Very clean and comfortable room. Linned very good. Nice bed. Good bathroom.big TV's. Only missing to be able to connect ny phone to the TV. That wasn't possible. Only improvement I can think about. Summary: Phenomenal place in my favorite part of Madrid away from the madness of centro. Everything was great and the balcony was very pleasant. Only thing I’d add is to offer more frequent cleanings and paper towels, salt, oil and basic cooking supplies. Nonetheless the stay was awesome and the staff was very helpful.

Summary: Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back.
