Positive: Location seemed a nice neighborhood. Complete kitchenware.

Negative: Bathroom to small, less 1 meter wide. No couch, very small table and neighbors are pretty noisy, screaming in the early morning (5 am) or with television until late in the evening.

Positive: This is a very comfortable apartment with a super helpful and responsive manager. We fit four people pretty comfortably. It's in a quiet part of the city, but a few minutes from L5, which goes to Sagrada Familia & the main train station. It's also got a direct train to the airport. We cooked there, and the kitchen was nice. The owner also left us coffee. Would definitely come back and recommend it!

Negative: There is almost nowhere to unpack. There was one quarter of one closet open, and a single drawer in a nightstand. If you are looking to be in the middle of the city, this isn't it. It's at least 25 minutes to get anywhere. For us. It was great though, since downtown is so crowded..

Positive: Landlord was very approachable and communicative. Location was good, walking distance to the metro and train stations. Great groceries and fruit stores around. You can find almost everything you may need for a short stay at home. And landlord was nice enough to leave a city information booklet, chocolate and bottle of water on the table for our arrival.

Negative: The property was smaller than we expected. We also stayed at other apartments in Spain and comparatively this was the most expensive, yet the smallest apartment for the family of three. There are 2 single beds and one couch in the living room, which wasn’t extremely comfortable. Sheets and pillows were ok. Bathroom was clean, but narrow making it difficult to navigate with a child. The window opening in the living room faces neighbors in a very close proximity and as an allergic to the cigarette smoke, it was difficult for me to sleep windows open. Also, when I arrived it was pouring rain and I got soaking wet. The landlord was nice enough to let me leave my bags before the check in hours, but the cleaning lady was kind of strict when I asked if I can change my wet clothes (after some convincing requests she allowed it though). Lastly, there was not enough storage place in the apartment. Only one tiny closet, in which half was locked and another half was filled with bedding. We had to use our suitcases as a closet, which was kind of inconvenient.

Summary: Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Relatively expensive than other places, but I assume due to the high demands in B
