Giulia was a F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C host: she gave us information and attended us with a warmth we didn't expect.

Positive: Giulia is brilliant, super friendly and full of tips, she checked us in at the start, during and after our stay, what a fantastic host! A very comfortable one bedroom apartment that has a generous lounge/kitchen, bedroom for our bags, bathroom with shower stall. Very suitable for longer stays. A quick 5 minute bus ride from Palermo Centrale, 5 min walk from the bus stop to the apartment. Located above a small laneway full of restaurants but noise was not an issue. Easy walk up the stairs to the door, even with luggage.

Positive: The apartment was clean, very comfortable and perfectly located. Our host, Giulia, met us at the door on arrival and gave us some tips about local sights and restaurants. We could not have felt more welcomed! All aspects of the apartment functioned beautifully and it was certainly well equipped. Whilst the apartment is located on a busy alleyway, the windows were of such high quality, they blocked out any noise and unwanted light. It was fun sitting on the balcony, watching the business of the restaurants below and the buskers who came by in the evenings. Giulia kept in touch through WhatsApp which made communication easy.

Negative: The property doesn't have a lift and is located on the second floor. Probably not suitable for anyone who might struggle upstairs with a suitcase, but it was perfectly fine for us.

Positive: As a last minute book, the apartment was well over our expectations. We found it clean, the location was well within walking distance’s of local attractions. The property manager was a wealth of information and ensured we were comfortable during our stay.

Negative: We didn’t ask, but there didn’t seem to be a washing machine.
