Positive: Good location with far reaching views of Swanage bay.The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The extra toilet en suite to the double bedroom was a real bonus. Sara provided handsoap, shampoo and conditioner and good sized bath sheets. The kitchen was compact but furnished well. There is a BBQ on a small terrace at the rear and coal was provided. A great property for 4 adults.

Negative: The oven took a long time to cook our sausages but Sara is going to check that out.

Positive: Sadly the shower was not working on day 1 but Sara got it sorted immediately. The view was outstanding. The heating on a cool night was good. The equipment good. V pretty and cheerful colour decor. Adequate in every way inc wifi. Contact with Sara was easy with any questions.TV great.

Negative: My friend was in the bedroom with 2 beds. He felt the one he used was too narrow for him . Would be okay for a child. Bit of a tight squeeze in between the beds. The caravan was high up on the campsite and a car is essential. Fortunately we are good walkers. No bus stop near. Although reception provides brochures it would be helpful to have a few like swimming times in the caravan..Sara suggested we use the pool shower when ours was being repaired but there are no private shower cubicles. The pool is lovely. Nothing to do with the caravan but the pizza was terrible at the camp restaurant ...no security on site either...outside furniture v good but would have liked a table and chairs to have meals with a view! but lovely caravan and a perfect base to explore the area and very clean and fresh and the fragrances, shower products etc were appreciated.

Summary: Perfect break. Comfortable and clean caravan. Lovely views. Dog friendly.
