Positive: It was nice to have a real refrigerator and a freezer that really works. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have breakfast there. Air conditioner noisy at first but became quiet after a bit, and cooled the room well.

Negative: Sticky spot on bedside table.... Not a big deal, but made me wonder about how clean it was. Also, though I knew about the 50 dollar deposit from other reviews, I objected to the "up to 4 days to refund it". After all, I assume they check it before renting it again? And to their credit, they didn't charge me the 50 dollars.

Positive: the room was great, with the hotel being so busy we never heard any noise. the house keeping was great, the front desk was very helpful.

Negative: the only thing I would say is maybe add another waffle maker to your breakfast bar, it was kind of busy most of the time and hard to get one.

Summary: great place off the beaten path!

Positive: Breakfast was ok. Orange juice was not good. Dishwasher in room was out of service. Asked for lower level room, didn't get one. Also was NOT aware of the extra 50 dollar deposit when we got there, we are still waiting to get that back. It was a little loud with multiple kids running around, but the location is quiet.

Positive: The location was ok. It felt like a safe area overall.

Negative: It was dirty. Floors felt sticky, one of the beds we were originally assigned was stained across the whole top area, I will attach images. We were moved to another room and it was much cleaner, the walls were stained and there was a half dried contact stuck on the bathroom floor, but, better than the initial room. I would have left had we been able to find another room to accommodate my family. The entrances from outside into the hotel also had the key card readers however they didn’t work, you could literally just walk into the building 🤷🏽‍♀️

Summary: Solid no.

Positive: the hotel was beautiful. my corner room on 2nd floor was huge. perfect location for my little dog to go outside when needed.

Negative: they didn't have scrambled eggs for breakfast, only biscuits and gravy. that was a disappointment.

Summary: I go thru Wichita 2 x year. this is definitely my hotel choice !!
