Negative: I am still waiting for my emailed receipt that was supposed to be sent to me before I left the property . I have emailed them since I got to my next destination and still no receipt. Very disappointed.

Positive: Room was clean, bed sheets fresh and smelled clean. Everything was in place.

Negative: Well, if I charged a $125 a night for a room, I wouldn't have spots of mold in the shower. I don't have it at my house and don't like seeing it in a room that I am paying that much for. And another note, please flip the mattress in 126. Might be too late it was so bad. Thank goodness it was a big bed, we both slept on one side but kept rolling into it! LOL

Positive: The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Negative: There was a 'gymnast' in the room above us. All night, there was thumping that was loud enough to be heard down the corridor. We discovered the next morning that the little boy with a Superman cape who was jumping on the lobby furniture was also the source of the thumping noise. While a quiet room is not guaranteed by the hotel, the staff was aware of the boy's antics but did nothing.
