Summary: The only issues I had was I had to have them come fix the lock on the door and it was not even 8pm and the stuff came and told us at the pool to stop being loud and there was like r children and 5 adults and we was not even that loud. It got louder later in the evening and nobody came out. If you don't want people to have fun and have nosie don't have a pool open.

Summary: We had a late check in and the bell went unanswered. I had to call to get someone to the window. Not enough towels and was too late to get more.

Summary: It was fine. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Pretty flat pillows but I don’t think that really mattered to me. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut at all, it was like it was 1/2 inch too wide, but it was my daughter and I, so, I wasn’t too huffed. Pool right outside our door. Inside the building (where the pool is) was so hot I wanted to get in the water, but the water was so cold I stayed sweating on a seat. Really thin walls but we weren’t there to sit around the hotel room anyways. Most confusing part was why they would ask you to early check-in, upload your ID, and add a card if they were just going to make you give them your ID to scan and card to run AGAIN as soon as you go inside to get keys: I’ll just not pre-check in. Overall, fine stay.

Summary: The staff was very friendly, however, this hotel is in major need of upgrades. The AC in our initial room did not work. We were moved to a new room when it was determined they couldn’t fix it and the new room had roaches. We ended up going home a night early.

Summary: For the price, the room was good. Some of the ceiling tiles need to be replaced, and there were small gaps around the door leading outdoors. I worried a little bit abut bugs getting in, but didnt see any. The pool water seemed a little cloudy. But overall, it wasnt a bad place to stay. The bed and shower were very nice.

Summary: Everything was wonderful, staff was very nice, room was exceptionally clean, I wish the pool would be open all night, I wasn't able to use it because I had an event during the day and got back when it was closed. Nocturnal people would appreciate being able to exercise and exhaust some energy before they sleep.

Summary: I needed to stay one night somewhere close to my work bc I had car trouble, and Baymont North at I-75 is practically next door. Everything was great, especially for the price, but there was just one issue: The front desk clerk told me that anyone living within a 100-mile radius is required to put down a $200 cash deposit, but your app says it’s $100. I realize that’s the fault of the property, not hotels.com, but it should be updated immediately. I have no clue as to the reason for this arcane policy, but while $100 is a lot of money, especially these days, $200 is insane! Plus, although they did give me a receipt for the $200, I envisioned having a hard time the next morning getting it back without a lot of rigamarole. Luckily, there was no problem with that at all, but I do find the policy curious.
