Summary: In the past, we had hit or miss stays at the Baymont. This time was not very good at all. One bed was literally broken. There was always water leaking on the floor in the dining area. For two of our three days, there was not enough food for breakfast. The waffle batter was as runny as water. The carpets were extremely filthy this time. The air conditioning did work this time; it did not work last time we were there. It did appear that they were refurbishing some of the rooms in the back building, but they had not made it to the front building where we stayed this time. For the past few years there have been a couple very nice ladies working the front desk who remembered us from previous stays. They were no longer there. The TV and TV remote worked well and the shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. It is in a very convenient location and the price was cheap, but we will be looking somewhere else next time we are in town.

Summary: Nice place to stay . Affordable. They had a real good breakfast but I didn't get up to eat until they had done closed but I'll definitely be back to grab some grub.

Summary: The stay was ok. The room was adequately clean, but needs major updates. The first 2 nights were quiet. The last night was not so much. People in the parking lot yelling and laughing late at night. Car alarm went off and there was a fight by the pool. We were not given fresh towels. We would probably not stay here again when we are in town.

Summary: First room assigned had refrigerator missing. Moved to new room. Breakfast was cold, no one was attending front desk. I can’t believe another site gave this place a higher rating. Much work to do.

Summary: Had to leave room we checked into due to sink not working. Breakfast looked like it say a while. In second room the lamps did not work.
