Positive: Nothing in particular stood out, at least nothing good. It was just a place to stay while in town.

Negative: There were many things wrong within the room. The toilet seat was loose and had to be tightened. The toilet itself was wobbly. The shower knob came off in my hand and had to be screwed back in place. The freezer in the mini-fridge needed defrosting badly. The channel selection on the TV was poor plus the display settings were out of adjustment with no way to make changes. The breakfast was a joke. The raisin bran cereal was regular bran flakes, NOT raisin bran. There was no milk provided, the staff said it was spoiled. The fruit was rotten (apples). The orange juice from the dispenser was NOT orange juice, I'm not sure what it was. The Hostess pastries were past their expiration date. The staff was totally indifferent to the breakfast issues. We ended up going out for breakfast which obviously added to the cost of our stay. There was no maid service during our stay. We were told the rooms are cleaned every 3 days which apparently is somewhat common practice since the COVID pandemic. We had to go to the front desk to request clean towels. EDIT: I forgot to mention that the faucet in the sink was installed with the hot water on the right and cold water on the left!

Summary: Would not stay there again. Not recommended.

Positive: Close to DTW airport and close to friends we were visiting. Also, Free coffee and continental breakfast.

Negative: In need of updating. Curtains were torn halfway off of rod with tearing in the sheer portion. Dirty cloth chair, faulty lamp that shorted out when turned on and no mattress cover under sheets. (which was discovered bc the sheets came off at one corner.)

Summary: Was ok for the price and location we needed.

Negative: Shower curtain stained. Curtain coming down on one end. One picture hung upside down. Breakfast was fair. Floor sticky and counter not clean.
