Summary: The bedding was dirty, there were beetles and bugs everywhere. They staff dominated the breakfast area and made it uncomfortable for the guests. House keeping never came and made or changed the beds, or cleaned the room our entire stay. Not the friendliest staff. Won’t return.

Summary: Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Visited for 3 days. Pool was excellent! Nice and warm. Breakfast was good cereals, waffles,eggs,fruit stuff like that. Washer and dryer on site. Hallways look a little worn. Beds are comfortable and clean. Rooms a little dated but area is clean and feels safe. No creepy people hanging around.

Summary: Staff was nice. Room was….ok. Smelled like old mop. Had to air it out. Bathroom light kinda barely worked. Place was nit in good repair in general. There was a cigarette burn on the comforter and the bathtub.

Summary: Saw police patrolling the parking lot which is never a good sign. Had to wait about 20 minutes for a desk clerk to come check me in. When I left, I noticed no one was at the front desk then. I infer that to mean they don’t have much staff. I only stayed for one night. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. It was what I expected for the price point.

Summary: Overall a nice stay. The hotel is outdated but quite clean and quiet. It’s in a weird area with no shopping/ restaurant area or stores around and we had difficult time to buy bottled water or food The staff there are very nice and helpful though and the front desk young man helped us with bottled water from the vending machine (which required cash and we didn’t have any😁).They need improvement on breakfast and definitely on clean towels as some of them had yellow stains which made it questionable whether or not are clean. We did saved a lot with this hotel which was another positive thing for us as we travel a lot during our daughter’s competition season. Also quite close to Kellogg Arena which we planned to walk to every day during our stay but we ended up driving as it rained most of the time.
