This spacious town house is in a sort after location in McCrae. There are beautiful high ceilings on the upper level with polished timber floorboards in the open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, a balcony with BBQ to entertain and bay views. There is a second loungeroom downstairs plus a billiards table. There is a large fully fenced front yard perfect for kids to play. Located 1.2 kms to glistening Port Phillip Bay, fabulous McCrae cafes, restaurants & local tourist attractions. With only 2 town houses on the block and can both be booked together for larger groups.

THE Kitchen, Dining Room & Living Rooms.
Upstairs you will find a stunning fully equipped O/P kitchen/living room/dining room, complete with stunning polished timber floors, reverse cycle A/C, ceiling fans & a large kitchen, leading to a lovely deck with bay views & BBQ. Downstairs there are beautiful polished concrete floors in the living/games room complete with billiard table and second lounge room.

Upstairs. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom 1 x King bed is located on the upper level and a bathroom. Downstairs are 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom with spabath, Bedrooms 2 - 1 x Queen bed, Bedroom 3 – 1 x Double bed and 1 x Single bunks.

Outside -
There are perfectly landscaped gardens, with off street parking for 2 cars. Enjoy this well-appointed townhouse, in a fabulous location with a small park for kids to play directly across the road and a large front yard to sit and enjoy the surrounds or kick the ball with the kids.
