Summary: We liked the kitchen counters and cabinets and the kitchen was well appointed We liked the bathroom counters and tile Great location in the complex and proximity to the beach Some observations: One set of blinds in master bedroom did not close all the way The shower curtain needs to be replaced The attic access door in the ceiling in the Master bathroom needs repair The door separating the shower from the sink area needs cleaning The tracks of the sliding glass doors needs cleaning The inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers needs a deep cleaning Overall a very pleasant condo

Summary: We rented this unit for our adult kids and two grandsons. Worked out perfectly. Comfy furnishings, great views, spotlessly clean and fresh. Close to pool and gym. Fun fishing off the front pier. Used the private beach about a 10 minute walk across the road. Drawback was inability to use facilities at the gulf side as public restrooms are not nearby. Our family loved their stay.
