Summary: This was a good place for our stopover. The office person directed us to see penguins at dusk. We were able see a few penguins at the pier rockwall.

Summary: We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment style room with full kitchen, dining area and bath on the third floor. We were welcomed and had a nice chat while checking in. Room was clean and comfortable and appreciated the full kitchen for in room dining. While the hotel is located on a busy street we did not notice any major noise to speak of. While not in the downtown business district the hotel is super convenient to walk through the park to Marine Parade for possible blue penguin sitings.

Summary: Excellent and helpful owner. Very well located and clean with everything a guest could need. Only could use better floor sound insulation and the nearby intersection was busy - double glazed windows made it very fine for sleeping.
