Positive: This is a great condo in a beautiful location. The fold-out couch was in the second living room downstairs, so it worked great as an additional "bedroom" for our teenager. We would definitely stay here again!

Negative: In one of the confirmation emails I received before our stay, there was a long warning about only putting SMALL loads in the washer-dryer combo unit. However, we were only staying for two nights so I knew we wouldn't need the washer, and I didn't pay much attention. Several weeks later when we actually checked in to the condo, there was a note asking guests to start a load of towels before checking out. So, we gathered up all of the towels our last morning and threw them in the washing machine, only to later reread the small-load warning (after we'd already left). Bottom line: if you're going to ask guests to do a load of laundry for you, any instructions/warnings for the washing machine need to be physically present IN the condo!

Negative: My husband and I stayed downstairs. The room was very damp. The bathroom was old and cover of the heater was bent. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. My friend and her husband stayed upstairs, and the bathtub didn't work well. They also complained about the bathroom.

Positive: The space was perfect for what we needed and the location was fantastic

Negative: I would have like there to be more information in the actual unit. I had to call to get codes for things before I found them on the Vacasa app but having some kind of information page with all the codes to the facilities, times they're open (and maybe a short explanation on how to use the remote) printed and posted up somewhere would be very helpful. Also, the laundry facilities were down a full flight of stairs and completely inaccessible to anyone who can't do stairs. The pool was closed on a day it should have been open. Maybe there's a way to let guests know that before they pile on over to swim?

Positive: The location is truly perfect.

Negative: There were a few things we had to call on like our grill wasn’t working and there was a slow drain-but as soon as those things were called in they were fixed. I’ve been a hotel maid and the property was fairly clean but in my opinion not clean enough. A few hairs stuck on the bathroom wall and a bath mat that needed a little extra cleaning.
