Summary: Great peaceful clean friendly hotel. Great staff

Summary: Fan didnt work on the AC, so when it kicked on it woke me up. TV kept losing conection and being glitchy. Breakfast was only until 9 am and they only had packaged things like muffins. Bathroom was so small and claustrophobic. Not terrible, but wont stay there again. Wasnt worth what i paid.

Summary: Hotel is under renovation, so no pool available. This should be told before booking. This is the 2nd time we have run into this situation while using hotels.com and we are not happy to have paid for a hotel room thinking we could relax with our grandkids whwile they have fun and swim.

Summary: The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. This is an older building that is being renovated and updated. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because it was advertised as having a free breakfast, but the dining room was being updated, so the breakfast was some kind of sandwiches. We decided to go to a nearby cafe instead.
