Summary: Excellent Internet connection. Same as at home. Mattresses Excellent. Air-conditioning work well, and not centrally controlled. Garage almost below hotel. Always available, and with AC car chargers. A lot of them. Terrace on rooftop for breakfast and coffee, looking onto mountains, town and railway. For me as good as it can be. Accidentally stayed after 11 am. No prob, no bs attitude.

Summary: Everything about my room was wonderful. Only problem I had was I came late and parked in the wrong parking lot (beside/next to the hotel), when it was supposedly the one across. I wasn't able to read the message on time and was in a hurry already to retire for the day. Apart from that, the place is nice.

Summary: It was the perfect stay option in Visp. The hotel is just a minute away from the train station with plenty of eating options nearby. The breakfast offered a big spread. And the bonus for us was the upgrade to a premium room.

Summary: Very nice hotel. So close to the train station. A 2 minute walk. Wonderful full breakfast is included with beautiful out side seating on the 6th floor. Staff is so helpful. We needed a power converter and they were able to supply it no problem. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel.

Summary: Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was amazing after being outside in the cold. Super close to the train station and restaurants.
