We this house EP16.
Our EP16 house is a beautiful, Bauhaus building, with access to a roof garden that offers a view of the Parthenon.
All apartments have spacious living rooms, fully equipped marble kitchens and marble bathrooms.
Apartments 1, 2, 3 and 4 accommodate up to 4 guests while apartment 5 accommodates up to 3 guests.
Bedding is as follows:
10 people in beds in bedrooms (king size beds that can be set up as singles)
4 people in double sofa beds in living rooms
1 person in single bed in living room
3 people in sofas in living rooms
Free WiFi, A/C in all apartments.
Laundry facilities in apts 1, 2, 3 and 4.
TV’s in apts 2, 4 & 5.
Apartments EP12 are located on the first floor and they have an interlocking door which when opened a big apartment is created. Apartments EP34 are located on the second floor and they have an interlocking door which when opened a big apartment is created. Access to apts 1, 2, 3 and 4 is made by a beautiful marble staircase. Apartment EP5 is located on the elevated ground floor. The roof top terrace is accessed via an external, metal staircase.

Summary: There were a lot of space for my group of 12 people, we occupied the whole buildings (all 5 apartments) which in love a lot. It was a very short walking distance to restaurants. It will be great if paper towels were provided or at least had extra cloth kitchen towels, we didn't cook at all during our visit, but some nights we had fruits and drinks, and we had to buy my own tissue/paper towels. Also, it will be nice to have extra set(s) towels in the bathroom, there was only 1 set per person provided. Overall, my group enjoyed our staying

Summary: My family of 13 stayed in this apartment. It was great! The layout was perfect for everyone. The apartment was surrounded by flowers which gave it an amazing appearance. The inside was emaculate. From the rooftop you can see Acropolis. At night Acropolis lit up and was just breath taking from the rooftop. The owners were very helpful and provided us with an excellent transportation company that we used around 6 times while in Greece. Having the whole apartment building to ourselves was great! We will definitely go back to Athens and this will always be our first choice. We also loved the location. It was walking distance to fine dining and hanging out with the locals. Our young adults found places near by offered nightlife for them. The area was safe and beautiful and as usual the people were wonderful and welcoming. A MUST STAY for Family or large group. Thank you.

Summary: Host was wonderful to work with! He met us on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed, which was much appreciated after a major delay and later than expected arrival. The location is excellent with easy walking access to all the areas of Athens you want to explore. There is also a darling area of restaurants and bakeries close by for grabbing food. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The rooftop deck is an added bonus that was the center of many beautiful mornings and magical evenings. Highly recommend this location. They had kindly stocked coffee and tea in the kitchen, which was enjoyed on the balconies in the quiet of the morning.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Bauhaus Apt. It gave us all the right amount of space to be comfortable, and the terrace was the perfect spot for all of us to gather. The location was excellent, allowing us to walk to all the major sites. Lia was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. They even kindly arranged transportation for some of my party. We would definitely stay here again

Summary: A total of 18 friends & family came to Athens without the aid of any travel agency. This was the perfect accommodations for us and with the couple of others that weren’t able to stay in the apartments there are plenty of hotels around the corner! You can walk to everything from there and the view d from the rooftop is especially beautiful at night! Lia made the stay an incredible joy. She went above and beyond to help us with arranging transportation, showing us how to get everywhere, suggestions on where to eat, exchange money, and shop! We have stayed in many VRBO’s through the years and have never experienced the care she extended to us.

Summary: We absolutely loved our time here! Communication was great with the host and he helped arrange for transportation from airport to the apartments. We had 17 in our group and never felt cramped, so much room for everyone! The roof top patio and Acropolis view was magical. Neighborhood was perfect, and close to everything. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants and bakeries nearby (bakery 1907 was delicious and the people were so friendly! This location was amazing and the apartment was clean and had everything you would need.
