Positive: Respectful staff Room smells very good Brand new hotel & very much clean Deco for anniversary was so beautiful Alfa mart ( supermarket) is in front of the hotel Jeep tour worth the money and our driver was very much nice

Positive: Fantastic view of Mount Batur from the balcony. Breakfast was good. Lots of stairs but staff were very helpful. Limited dining opportunities in that area.

Negative: Area was very quiet after dark. Grab doesn't work there.

Positive: The view of mt batur, Netflix in the room and very hot water shower

Negative: It was okay for 1 night but i wouldn’t stay longer, the pool is a very long walk down and staff were not so friendly. Cleanliness was just okay

Positive: The view! We didn't see Batur at night, but had an amazing sunrise. The loft was super clean with amazing bedding and built in furniture and lovely bathroom. We did agree on the slightly musty smell some people mentioned, but it was truly ok. The restaurant upstairs provides in room dining and also breakfast. The owner was so nice about suggestions for sightseeing and organised a lovely driver for us.

Negative: Picking crumbs, but sometimes it was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff, and they weren't as smiley friendly as you get used to in other parts of Indonesia. But that's really just being picky, we had an amazing stay 🤩

Positive: Well this is our second stay here and its definitely better then three years ago. The view is still amazing and rooms were better kept.

Negative: Going to reception there needs to be a bar to hold on to as some people with our party were seniors and it was difficult to navigate. Also from side walk and parking needs to be patched up and out side is messy and we are dodging puddles and holes

Summary: Glad to be back at a place we enjoy
