Summary: Front desk staff was incredible! Extremely helpful and kind. The reason for my rating is the sound quality of the room. We had a lower level room and the soundproofing between rooms and even with rooms upstairs is quite poor. We had a terrible sleep due to the adult activities taking place in the room above. I

Summary: Great hotel for the price you pay, but the sound insulation in our room was really disappointing — we could hear guests coming in and out, as well as music from other rooms. It didn’t ruin our stay, which was overall very positive, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests.

Summary: Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Parking is very tight and if you're a light sleeper it might not be the best place to stay with a busy train track no ext to the hotel.

Summary: It was a lovely place to stay at. The location is great. Parking was a little tricky but we had a great time nonetheless! Will be back for sure!!!

Summary: Parking is ok spots are tight. The rooms and lodge are updated. The room was spacious. We stayed 3 nights. The common room upstairs waa nice to relax and the coffee/tea bar was a nice feature. The carpet had a noticeable stain in the room. The one pillowcase on the bed was stained looked like mold😬 Overall i would stay again for a quick night. I think the resort or suites option is better for longer stays

Summary: Although the staff were kind barely spoke English so unable to help with directions or interests. The water pressure was poor, parking was stressful as the parking area is very tight. Train outside our window made for a noisy night. The shower conditioner was empty. The building itself was clean and well kept.

Summary: The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. We did run into a problem of not having enough hot water for a shower but think that was a matter of unexpected broken boiler and not a regular problem. Would stay there again for cleanliness.

Summary: New and up-to-date facility in an excellent centralized location. Sauna is fantastic after a day of skiing! Clean modern rooms and comfortable beds. Professional and friendly staff. This is my new favourite place to stay in Canmore when I’m going on mountain adventures in the area.
